Hack of the Month

"Miniature" is to kind a description for this game, as White just tears into Black's position. The only slight flaw in the game (if it can be called that), is the Black doesn't allow White the pretty pawn mate on move 15.

It has nothing to do with the pretty hack given in the blog, but note that Gashimov, Wang and Carlsen have won the first FIDE Grand Prix in Baku, with Carlsen winning his final two games to join the leaders. Note also the page below and the photo under the final standings table...

Only chessplayers could look so miserable holding such a big cheque!

Wang is thinking, "The state won't let me spend this." Carlsen is thinking, "My parents won't let me spend this." Gashimov is thinking, "Well, I suppose I could holiday in Armenia."
